AMIT PATHAK.... vocational education in West Bengal have a good future. 1)The recruitment of the vocational teacher are made on the basis of fixed polices council instructions since 2009. 2)About all states running vocational in schools have permanent teachers & staffs 3)The teachers recruited are having desired qualification from 2009. 4) those who are not having desired qualification & recruited before 2009 are given 4 years time to complete it. 5)We have our own council. 6)Govt. can't keep the whole council staffs and teachers in a contractual and part time if they want it to continue and develop. 7) Vocationalisation is requirement and need of now a days education system. 8)It must be given more importance than Politechnic/ITIs because both can be done after 10th but one is giving Diploma and the other Degree. 9)All staffs must come together for quick action from the Government.
